OCEANFIBER

This new product is also a close relative of agar agar. The raw material is extracted from a special type of red seaweed, Gracilaria verrucosa (class Rodophyta).

oceanfiber is not assigned an E-number and is therefore ideally suited for “clean label” products. Furthermore, oceanfiber is rich in vitamins and minerals, such as iodine, calcium, sodium, iron and zinc, plus vitamins A,_B1,_B2, _B3, _B6, C, E and K.

In addition, oceanfiber can be recommended for vegan diets.
