Our softgelagar is a pure Agar E-406. However, an extraction process specifically developed for softgelagar ensures a creamy texture of the final product. Furthermore the powder already dissolves completely at a temperature of 75°C.
It is suitable as a substitute of Gelatine, Carragheenan or Pectin!
